Waiver and Release:

The Volunteer does hereby and forever release and hold harmless Treasure Paws and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, suits, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise, either directly or indirectly, as a result of the Volunteer's work for Treasure Paws. The Volunteer understands and acknowledges that this Release discharges Treasure Paws from any liability or claim that the Volunteer may have against Treasure Paws with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from the Volunteer's work, whether caused by the actions or negligence of Treasure Paws, its officers, directors, employees, other volunteers, vendors, agents, or otherwise. Volunteers are expected to act with professionalism, integrity, and respect toward customers, staff, and fellow volunteers. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to theft, discrimination, harassment, or misuse of donations, may result in immediate termination of volunteer privileges.

Sexual Harassment Policy:

Treasure Paws strictly prohibits any conduct that constitutes sexual harassment and will take appropriate action against any person involved in such conduct. Any person who believes they have been subjected to sexual harassment should immediately report the incident to the Executive Director or the President of the Board.

Confidentiality Agreement:

Volunteers may have access to confidential information regarding donors, customers, or operations of Treasure Paws. The Volunteer agrees not to disclose, copy, or misuse any confidential information during or after their time volunteering.

Photographic and Media Release:

The Volunteer grants and conveys to Treasure Paws the right to freely reproduce and/or circulate any photographs or other recordings of the Volunteer for promotional, fundraising, or other lawful purposes. The Volunteer shall not be entitled to any compensation, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.
