“Purses Saving Pets” Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to Treasure Paws customers only.

  • To participate, customers must:

    • Be enrolled in the Treasure Paws Loyalty Program, and

    • Provide their email address using the text message sent to their phone.

  • Only customers who have provided their Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number are eligible to win.

  • Treasure Paws employees are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

  • For every $30 spent at Treasure Paws (in-store or online, before tax), customers receive one entry into that month’s drawing.

  • Entries reset each month, and new purchases generate new chances to win.

3. Prizes (Two winners will be drawn)

First Prize

Winner’s choice of:

  • The “Bag of the Month”, or

  • A $500 Treasure Paws Gift Card

Second Prize

Winner’s choice of:

  • Another available bag selected by Treasure Paws, or

  • A $100 Treasure Paws Gift Card

4. Winner Notification & Requirements

  • Winners will be notified via email and/or text message using the contact information provided in their loyalty program profile.

  • To claim a prize, winners must:

    1. Confirm their identity (name, phone, and email), and

    2. Sign a waiver granting Treasure Paws full rights to use their name, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes (online, print, or other media).

  • Winners agree to be photographed when receiving their prize.

  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days or fails to meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Additional Terms

  • No purchase beyond the $30 threshold is required to enter beyond the automatic entry system.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

  • Treasure Paws reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason.

  • Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Official Rules.
